The World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems is an international meeting and exhibition that rotates annually among three major geographic regions, the Americas, Europe and Asia, the Pacific. Held in the United States once every three years, the 21st World Congress on Intelligent Transportation Systems will come to Detroit, Michigan on September 7-11, 2014, and the world’s leading transportation policymakers, technology, and business professionals will gather with a goal of bringing greater levels of safety, reliability, sustainability and accessibility to transportation systems worldwide.

Produced by ITS America, in partnership with ITS Asia-Pacific, and ERTICO-ITS Europe, the 21st World Congress on ITS is expected to draw nearly 10,000 delegates from more than 65 countries, including legislators, ministers of transportation, transportation officials, international standards experts, engineers, manufacturers, and other ITS stakeholders.

The 21st World Congress, which will also feature ITS America’s Annual Meeting and Exposition, will host interactive technology showcases, more than 250 sessions, a 350,000 square-foot exhibit hall, and numerous networking events with ITS industry leaders from across the world.
